You know the expression “when life gives you lemons – make lemonade’? Well on this shoot, I had a whole basket full of different varieties of lemons to choose from. What do you think, did we end up with some sweet lemonade – or some funky sour citrus juice? 
Tropical island sunset photoshoot.
I love going to Cheung Chau – it is a tradition of mine. A few days of relaxation, good food and photography.

How to Make your iPhone Camera Better! Almost everyone loves their iPhone 4 camera, but what if you could improve your iPhone camera, and make it better? In this video, that is exactly what I do! Show you how to make your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch camera better! I show two apps that should help, as well as talk about some other tips.
First is Camera+. Camera+ is an amazing photography app, it has great shooting capabilities, as well as great photo effects that don’t look cheesy. I really love this app for its filter called Clarity, clarity really helps the shot out quite a bit and make it look so much better! This is probably my favorite way to make your iPhone Camera better, plus, it’s only $1.99! Next, I show Filmic Pro. Filmic Pro is a really good way to improve video on your iPhone 4, you can change the framerate (fps), add bars, add a slate, change the resolution, and more! This app makes it easy to use manual controls on your iPhone 4′s video camera, and for only $2.99, this can make really high quality professional videos at a great price. Next is a hardware solution to make your iPhone camera better, and that is the Glif. The Glif is a really cool iPhone tripod mount stand for only $20 that looks great. It can really improve your low light shots, as well as video pans. You can pick one up at http://theglif.com
Last is neither software or hardware, it’s practice. If you keep practicing, you will just keep improving, there is always more to learn about photography, and even just using your iPhone 4′s camera can help!

How to cover parts in carbon fiber (fibre) by skinning or wrapping

In this video we show you how to take an existing part and cover it it real carbon fibre. In the video we use a carbon fibre skinning kit (available from http://www.carbonmods.co.uk ) which includes all of the materials needed to cover a number of parts in carbon fibre. We call this technique skinning but other name are carbon fibre wrapping, coating and covering.

I am doing this to test out the claims of how good the carbon fibre is in the Fotopro photography equipment.
They consulted me on product development and i managed to wangle a 10% discount for my followers (find link on the blog) so here i am testing out how strong and good it is.
Whats the point of this video you may ask? to give you the reassurance that no matter what treatment you give your equipment, you should not worry about it breaking,

How to Mount a Camera to a Guitar- Camera Mount Clamp

One of many ways to use the new Camera Mount Clamp. I attached the Mount to the head of my guitar to obtain this footage. The Camera Mount Clamp is very versatile making easy to get the shot that you want when filming.
This camera mount is much more portable than a tripod and is much more verstile than tripods. You can even mount your camera to your camera tripod if you wanted more flexibility. As camera accessories go, this works as a low cost solution alternative to the more expensive dslr mounts. You can mount your digital camera to your car, boat, RV, kitchen table, pool table, rafter beams, cabinet drawers, computer desk, tv stand, guitar, and anywhere else you can clamp it. This camera clamp works with Canon, Sony, Panasonic, GoPro (with 1/4 thread adapter that they sell), nikon, Flip HD, and any other cameras or camcorders that use a 1/4 thread.
